Sometimes during the day you will feel hungry or maybe even dissy. Check your blood sugars immediately. If your sugars are low, boost them with a sugary snack. Don’t wait too long if you were experiencing dizziness or hunger, passing out is a possibility if you don’t get the sugar or the insulin you need. If your sugar is low you usually crave sugary foods.
